Custom Patch Order
Fill out the order form to the right to start your new custom patch order. After reviewing the information, we will contact you regarding any questions or special instructions. We require a minimum order of 300 patches.
Payments Details
We accept checks and major credit cards. Payment is due in full to start an order.
Taxes and Import Fees
There are no sales taxes outside of Pennsylvania, USA. Customer is responsible for any VAT or import duty fees. Duty fees are typically very small.
Upload your Artwork
You may upload up to three artwork files less than 10MB. If you do not upload any artwork, we can discuss your design on your first consultation.
